General description of the designs
All tranquilidad models are designed to be in harmony with the environment, pleasant to live in, energy efficient and sustainable in every way. All the details are thought out and integrated into the design such as the path of the sun during the day, the rainy season, the prevailing winds, the salty air and UV rays. Finally, all the elements which cause buildings near the sea to die prematurely are taken into consideration so that you have peace of mind when choosing one of our models. The same criteria will be integrated if you decide to have one custom built.
Ecuador Trees series models
Casa Cedro Floor; 95 square meters Minimum Land; 162 square meters Story; 2 Bedrooms; 1-2 Bathrooms; 1-2 This model takes into account making the most of daylight without letting in heat. Due to its design, this roof model provides walls, windows and open areas with very good protection against the sun and rain. With its large windows, this model gives you the opportunity to enjoy excellent ventilation inside. This house can be built on a structure of bamboo, steel and/or reinforced concrete, and also, the walls can be of metal structure\insulating wool and gypsum and/or brick covered with cement.
Casa Chanul Floor: 158 sq meters Minimum Land Area: 175 sq meters Story: 1 Bedrooms: 1-2 Bathrooms: 1 This model uses the outdoor space as a part of the interior of the house with its removable glass partition that opens completely recessed into the house and gives you the impression of living outside while being protected from the rain and the sun and allowing you to enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea. Equipped with cathedral ceilings, this Home also provides a spacious very pleasant life.
